Seafood Expo North America panel to discuss aquaculture’s role in future of seafood
CBCI President & Executive Chef Charlie Baggs will take part in the panel discussion Transforming Aquaculture: The Future of Seafood Must Include Innovation at the upcoming Seafood Expo North America, March 13 to 15 in Boston. The session will explore the potential impacts of climate change on aquaculture and its part in the seafood supply. Panelists will look at the ways innovation and technology may enable farming to continue to provide a safe, secure, and sustainable source of fresh seafood.
Chef Charlie will offer a foodservice/culinary perspective to the discussion. While other industry experts will tackle the technology needed to sustain a viable future for aquaculture. How can the industry adapt to a changing climate and how can culinary innovation support it?
